What is the Student Travel Ambassador Program?

A flexible referral and ambassador program created for students who want to share life-changing international opportunities within their university, social circle, and online community. As an ambassador, you become part of the Student Travel community and help other students discover programs that could change their lives,  and we reward you for every successful referral.

There is no fixed schedule, no minimum number of hours, and no sales experience required. You decide how involved you want to be.

How does it work?

Step 1 — Apply

Complete the Ambassador application form. Once accepted, we’ll contact you with everything you need to get started.

You’ll receive your personal referral code, marketing materials for online and offline use, tips on introducing Student Travel to other students, and access to our Ambassador Community.

Choose the methods that feel natural to you, there’s no pressure to do everything:

  • talk to your classmates
  • recommend us to friends
  • share your experience on Instagram or TikTok
  • create content about Work and Travel or internships
  • post in your university’s Facebook groups
  • tell students about us during university events
  • answer questions from students interested in working abroad

Whenever someone applies using your referral code, the referral is added to your Ambassador account. Rewards are confirmed once your referral signs their contract and completes the required deposit.

Every successful referral brings you closer to your next reward. Choose between a cash reward or a discount on your own Student Travel program — the more students you help, the bigger your reward.

Every Ambassador receives a unique referral code. Anyone who registers through your code is automatically credited to your account. The code must be entered at the time of application, it cannot be added afterward.
