Position Description

Position Overview: We are looking for passionate and motivated Culinary Interns eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. This hands-on internship offers valuable experience in pastry, grill, and high-energy culinary operations. Interns will rotate through different kitchen stations, mastering a variety of cooking techniques while supporting various dining outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and executing dishes for multiple dining outlets, including our renowned seafood restaurant

Gain valuable experience in pastry, grill, and dynamic kitchen environments

Support both indoor and outdoor dining services, ensuring top-quality presentation

Work closely with experienced chefs to learn industry best practices

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations

Contribute creative ideas to enhance menu offerings

Applicant Qualifications

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a culinary program

Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in pastry, grill, or seafood preparation is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
