Basin Harbor is a historic lakeside resort known for exceptional hospitality and personalized guest experiences. As a Guest Services Intern, you’ll support the Front Office team by greeting and checking in guests, assisting with inquiries, and helping ensure a smooth and memorable stay. Interns will gain hands‑on experience in front desk operations, guest communication, reservation systems, and service recovery while working closely with departments across the resort to resolve guest needs. This role is ideal for students interested in hospitality, customer service, and resort operations in a beautiful, high‑touch environment.
