Primary responsibilities may include: Assisting with daily restaurant operations and guest service execution in accordance with luxury hospitality standards Greeting and interacting with guests in a professional, warm, and attentive manner Supporting food and beverage service, including table setup, order coordination, food running, and service flow management Learning fine dining service techniques, menu knowledge, wine and beverage presentation, and guest engagement practices Assisting supervisors and managers with opening and closing procedures, operational organization, and service preparation Observing and participating in team briefings, service training, and hospitality standards implementation Supporting special events, private dining experiences, and high-volume service periods when applicable Developing an understanding of restaurant operations, guest satisfaction strategies, and luxury hospitality culture Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborating with culinary, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Throughout the internship, participants will gain hands-on experience in upscale Food & Beverage operations, strengthen communication and customer service skills, and develop a deeper understanding of hospitality leadership, teamwork, and guest-centered service within a luxury hospitality setting.
