Spend your spring in the world’s first National Park! If you like nature, wildlife watching, and enjoying the outdoors, Yellowstone might be the perfect experience for you! Yellowstone National Park features over 1,000 miles of hiking trails, mountains, rivers, wildlife, and geological features including geysers, hot springs, and more. Our jobs are similar to many other places in the U.S., but this is a very special place located in the middle of the wilderness. The spring in Yellowstone is a very special time with few visitors in a normally busy park. In April and May, the temperatures in the park are colder, but as the park wakes up from it’s quiet winter, you’ll be able to explore and experience the landscapes that very few get to see during this time of year.
As a Cook, you would be responsible for assisting the restaurant Chef and/or Sous Chef in all basic food preparation, performing cooking functions or prep production. As a Cook, you would be responsible for preparation of meals and feeding our employees according to set recipes. The feeding of our staff is one of our highest priorities.
The culinary internship offers aspiring chefs a chance to train alongside experienced professionals in a real kitchen setting. Interns will rotate through key kitchen stations, practice foundational and advanced techniques, and learn how to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. This immersive experience builds both culinary skill and a deep understanding of kitchen teamwork and operations. Live. Train.
