The Food & Beverage Trainee at Kalahari Resorts participates in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop professional skills within a high-volume resort and hospitality environment. The trainee gains practical experience in restaurant and food service operations, guest service, order taking, food and beverage presentation, service standards, sanitation, and daily operational procedures.
Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism, or related education/training preferred. Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or customer-service environment preferred.
