As a Rooms Division Trainee/Intern, you will rotate through various aspects of the Rooms Department to gain comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations. This is a unique opportunity to develop strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working in a luxury resort setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with front desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and reservations.
Provide personalized guest service with warmth and professionalism.
Support housekeeping coordination to ensure guest rooms meet resort standards.
Learn the fundamentals of revenue management and reservations systems.
Participate in departmental rotations to understand overall Rooms Division management.
Handle guest concerns with tact, diplomacy, and a focus on resolution.
Hospitality or tourism management student/recent graduate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
