🔄 Rotational Training Plan Includes: Over the course of your program, you’ll rotate through key kitchen stations to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations:
Prep & Garde Manger
• Knife skills, cold food preparation, sauces & dressings
• Sanitation, food storage, and mise en place
Line Cook – Hot Station
• Cooking proteins, starches, and vegetables
• Timing and coordination during live service
Expo & Kitchen Coordination
• Order flow, communication with front of house
• Quality checks and final plate presentation
Inventory & Back-of-House Operations
• Receiving and storing products
• Understanding waste control and food cost basics
