What You’ll Do
Learn foundational food & beverage service skills, U.S. customer service standards, and safe food-handling practices
Support table service, buffet service, POS operations, and guest interactions under supervision
Provide service with increased independence, assist with guest feedback, and coordinate with kitchen and event teams
Participate in banquet and event setup, service, and breakdown, while observing scheduling and operational planning In later months, lead assigned sections, support training of new staff, and gain introductory exposure to inventory and cost-control processes
