As a Front of House Intern at Glacier Bay’s Bear Track Inn, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while taking on a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, managing reservations, and providing information about the inn and local attractions. You’ll support the front desk team with check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. Additionally, you may occasionally be asked to assist with other tasks as needed.
