Position Description

Positions include rotations between different outlets (e.g., fine dining, casual, banquets) to ensure a comprehensive understanding of hotel food service. Responsibilities often include hosting, bartending, food running, serving, or supervising, depending on experience level. Fine Dining & Casual Restaurants: Learning table service, wine pairing, and menu knowledge. Banquets & Events: Managing service for large-scale events, conferences, and weddings Pool/Bar Operations: Managing beverage service in outdoor or casual settings Advanced English, a passion for service, and a flexible schedule are required. Formal study of hospitality management or equivalent management required.
