    What You’ll Do

    As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Creating and managing content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

    • Developing and executing editorial plans to increase visibility and audience engagement

    • Tailoring content to each platform’s style, format, and audience

    • Monitoring performance, tracking KPIs, and producing reports

    • Interacting with our online community and responding to messages and comments

    • Collaborating with our Marketing Consultant on promotional campaigns and audience growth strategies

     What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience managing professional social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin)

    • Solid knowledge of platform trends, tools, and analytics

    • Excellent written communication skills in Romanian and English

    • Creativity, attention to detail, and a good visual sense

    • Experience with design toolsdesign tools

    • Bonus points for experience in travel programs
