    Student Travel Marketing Manager

    About your future job

    The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and executing marketing strategies. This role involves lead generation, relationship building, branding, content creation, and campaign execution to enhance brand awareness and increase revenue.

    What you’ll do

    Marketing & Brand

    • Develop and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients

    • Plan and run creative marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels

    • Create visual and written content tailored to Gen Z (think videos, reels, posts, stories)

    • Manage Student Travel Romania’s social media presence (with the support of our Social Media Manager)

    • Support seasonal campaigns and ensure our messaging is consistent and student-centered

    • Analyze campaign results and generate insights to continuously improve performance

    • Represent STR at events and fairs (locally and occasionally abroad)

    ✅What we imagine you’ll have….

    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Creativity in content creation and campaign planning.
    • Experience in digital marketing
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
    • 1+ years of experience in marketing or business development
    • Must be willing to travel for events

    Bonus points

    • Previous experience working in a travel company, or have been on a working holiday
    • English, Romanian speaking essential
