Do you want to be part of a dynamic team and make a positive impact on students’ lives? We’re looking for a talented Social Media Specialist passionate about communication to join our team.

If you enjoy working with social media platforms and have a passion for travel and different cultures, this is a perfect opportunity for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing content for our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • Developing and implementing editorial plans to increase visibility and engagement of followers
  • Creating platform-specific content
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our pages
  • Engaging with the online community and responding to user questions and comments
  • Collaborating with our marketing consultant to develop effective promotional campaigns and increase follower count

 

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Previous experience in managing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Minimal experience with Canva
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Experience in promoting travel programs or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience with Work and Travel is a plus

About your future job

The Marketing Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships, and executing marketing strategies. This role involves lead generation, relationship building, branding, content creation, and campaign execution to enhance brand awareness and increase revenue.

What you’ll do

Marketing:

– Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

– Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.

– Create visual and written content (videos, posts) tailored to students.

– Manage STR social media accounts with the support of the Social Media Manager

– Attend events to represent STR (where needed)

– Support brand positioning and messaging consistency across all marketing channels in the Romanian market

– Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.

– Support with strategies for seasonal campaigns.
